A Health Outcome is the end result of the actions you take. Think of it as the final destination you want to be at. It can be anything from improving your strength to focusing on getting adequate sleep. You have the ability to choose what matters most to you!
A Challenge is something you are struggling to overcome and may be preventing you from reaching your health outcome. There can be one or more challenges linked to each health outcome.
A Goal is something you want to accomplish that will help you overcome a challenge and achieve your health outcome in the long run. Remember, you can have one goal at a time for each section (Mind, Nutrition, and Fitness).
