How do I link my My Viva Plan account with Health Connect?

Getting Started:

Link your My Viva Plan account with Health Connect to share biometric, nutrition, and exercise data.

My Viva Plan Imports from Health Connect:

• Biometrics:

  • Blood Glucose

  • Blood Pressure

  • Water Intake

  • Heart Rate 

  • Sleep

  • Steps

  • Weight

• Logged exercise

Connecting Your Health Connect to My Viva Plan

To link your account, use the My Viva Plan mobile app for Android. If you do not have the app, you can download it from the Google Play Store.

You must also download the Health Connect App from the Google Play store.

Once you have downloaded both apps to your device, and have set up your accounts:

1. Log in to My Viva Plan

2. Navigate to My Account > Settings > Connect Wearable and Health Devices

3. Choose Health Connect from the list

4. Tap Sync with Health Connect

5. You will be asked to allow permissions for My Viva Plan to access data from Health Connect. Select Allow all or choose the data you'd like to import and export to Health Connect.  

6. Tap Allow

You will be able to use this same process to disconnect Health Connect from your My Viva Plan account.

1. Navigate to My Account > Settings > Connect Wearable and Health Devices

2. Choose Health Connect from the list

3. Stop Sync with Health Connect

To confirm that Health Connect is connected to My Viva Plan and permissions are toggled on, you can:

1. Log in to My Viva Plan

2. Navigate to My Account > Settings > Connect Wearable and Health Devices

3. Open Health Connect

4. Tap on App permissions

5. This will open a list of your apps that are currently synced with Health Connect.

6. Tap on My Viva Plan to see what you have granted permissions to share.

7. At the bottom of the page, tap on Disable My Viva Plan's permissions if unused if you'd like to remove My Viva Plan's permissions if they haven't been used in over 90 days.

8. You can also tap on Delete My Viva Plan data to permanently delete My Viva Plan data from Health Connect for the chosen time period.

9. At the bottom of the page, tap on Disable My Viva Plan's permissions if unused if you'd like to remove My Viva Plan's permissions if they haven't been used in over 90 days.
