There are two ways you can change your password:
Option 1: if you know your password and want to change it:
1. Select the Menu Icon on the top left corner of the screen
2. Select My Account
3. Select My Profile
4. Select the Reset Password button
5. Enter your current password and then the new password
6. Select Confirm
Option 2: if you do not know your password:
1. Go to myvivaplan.com and select Forgot Password? on the sign-in page
2. Enter the email associated with your account and select Submit
3. Check your email inbox for a message from our program and select the Reset Password button
4. Follow the prompts and enter your new password
5. Sign in to your account with your new password
6. Check your email inbox for a message confirming your password change
