The program has four areas of focus you can choose from when designing your 6 Week Fitness Plan:
- Become Stronger will focus on building strength.
- Improving My Cardiovascular Health will focus on improving your endurance.
- Managing My Mental Health will focus on building strength with full body workouts, improving your endurance with cardio, and calming the mind with yoga routines.
- All Areas will focus on becoming stronger, improving cardiovascular health, and managing your mental health.
