You are at the INTERMEDIATE fitness level if you have:
- Consistently been exercising 6-12 months, for 3-4 days per week
- A good understanding of exercise modifications and techniques
- Progressed through beginner exercises with ease
You are at an ADVANCED fitness level if you have:
- Consistently been exercising 4-6 days per week, for 1-2 years
- A good understanding of exercise modifications and techniques
- Consistently been doing advanced exercises at a higher intensity
- Progressed from intermediate exercises with ease
