Building a fitness plan can be challenging, and we are here to help! The program will walk you through how to build a 6-week fitness plan by first deciding what level you are at, what equipment you have available, and the times you would like to schedule your workouts based on your health goal that you have selected.
To get started, follow the steps below.
- Select 6 Week Fitness Plan from the Fitness menu
- Select Create a New Fitness Plan
- Select Let Us Build Your Fitness Plan or Build My Own Fitness Plan and follow the prompts.
