Build My Own Fitness Plan: If you are ready to build your own fitness program or have a trainer/physiotherapist who can do it for you, this option is for you. You can create all of your own custom workouts and select the movements.
Note: When building your own fitness plan, the exercises are customized based on the equipment you have and the preferences you select. Various exercises are available for different combinations of equipment preferences.
