There are a few ways you can approach this!
Option 1: To add and design your own workouts into your Fitness Schedule by following this pathway:
1. Select Fitness Schedule under the Fitness menu
2. Select Add a Workout
3. Select Build a Workout
4. Select Build My Own Workout
The program will then walk you through how to build your own workout from the options available. This allows you to build workouts that mimic the workouts in your current routine.
Option 2: Add your own Cardio Workouts, or individual training into your Fitness Schedule by following this pathway:
1. Select Fitness Schedule under Fitness menu
2. Select Add a Workout
3. Select cardio workout and select the Cardio option you would like to add to your Fitness Schedule
The program will then walk you through adding your selected cardio to your Fitness Schedule. This allows you to build workouts that mimic the workouts in your current routine.
