To change your Two-Factor Authentication settings, please follow the steps below:
- Go to www.myvivaplan.com and select “Sign In”
- In the upper left corner of the screen you will see a grey button with three lines. Select that button and a menu will expand.
- Select “MY ACCOUNT”
- Select “MY SECURITY” in the top bar
- Select “Yes” or “No” depending on your preference (see screenshot below for reference)
