When you cancel your membership and close your account, My Viva Inc. retains your Personal Information only if required by law or regulations. In the event My Viva is required to hold any Personal Information, your account is deactivated, and your information will be retained but no longer continue to be processed. If My Viva is not required to retain your Personal Information by law, the information will be destroyed by secure means.
