After expanding the dropdown for a food group, click the ⨁ (Add icon) beside an ingredient to add one or more servings to the meal (depending on the requirement for that food group in the meal). Continue choosing a variety of foods until all of your servings are used up. For example, if you need 4 servings of vegetables for your lunch plate, you could have 1 serving each of 4 different vegetables or 4 servings of 1 vegetable. It's completely up to you!
