1. Select the Menu Icon on the top left corner of the computer screen
2. Select My Account
3. Select My Settings
4. Select My Medical Information
5. Select the Edit button next to area you would like to update:
- Medical Diagnoses
- Annual Checkup
- Blood Pressure
- Cholesterol (Lipid) Profile
- Blood Sugar
- Waist Circumference
