If you have cancelled your account before the end of the billing cycle, you can reactivate your account by following the steps below:
1. Select the Menu icon on the top left corner of the screen
2. Select My Account
3. Select the My Payment History tab
4. Select Opt Back In
5. Select Confirm to confirm you would like to reactivate your account
Your account will be reactivated immediately.
Note: If your My Viva Plan account is provided to you and paid for by a third party such as your employer, insurance company, or other organization, please contact that third party directly to reactivate your account.
